En la constitución o modificación de gravámenes hipotecarios, a favor de un participante en el sistema especializado de financiación de vivienda, para garantizar un crédito de vivienda individual de interés social no subsidiable, los derechos notariales se liquidarán al 40% de la tarifa ordinaria aplicable y para las subsidiables, al 10% de la tarifa ordinaria aplicable.
