Art. 37. Queda también a cargo del Ministerio de Instrucción Pública todo lo relativo al Observatorio Astronómico y el Museo Nacional. El Gobierno cuidará de la mejora de uno y otro y de su debido funcionamiento.

El Ministerio de Instrucción Pública se pondrá de acuerdo con los Gobernadores para organizar los Museos que existan en los Departamentos y hacer que se publiquen los respectivos catálogos.
