Vigencia y derogatorias. El presente decreto rige a partir de su publicación, y deroga los artículos 2.2.1.1.9, 2.2.1.2.7, 2.2.1.5.3.1, 2.2.1.5.4.5, 2.2.1.5.4.6, 2.2.1.5.4.7, 2.2.1.10.8, 2.2.1.10.9 y el Título 2 de la Parte 2 del Libro 2 del Decreto 1071 de 2015.
