Ley 11 de 1939 · por la cual se aumenta un auxilio en favor de la ciudad de Pasto y se dicta otra disposición

Auméntase con la cantidad de cincuenta mil pesos ($ 50.000) el auxilio decretado en el artículo 1° de la Ley 113 de 1937 , para la pavimentación de la ciudad de Pasto.

Parágrafo

La suma de que trata este artículo se incluirá en el Presupuesto de la próxima vigencia. En caso de que no se incluyere, el Gobierno abrirá el crédito que fuere necesario para la efectividad de este auxilio, siendo entendido que el decretado en el inciso 1° del artículo 1° de la Ley 113 de 1937 debe cancelarse en su totalidad en el curso del año de 1939.
