Decisión segunda instancia. El Director General de la Policía Nacional podrá confirmar, revocar o modificar el fallo de primera instancia. Recibido el informativo por el Director General de la Policía Nacional, resolverá en definitiva dentro de los diez (10) días siguientes.

Parágrafo

En ningún caso se podrá agravar la sanción impuesta por el funcionario de primera instancia.
