Art. 4.° El Médico-cirujano creado por el presente decreto gozará del sueldo anual de $ 600, i este gasto se hará de la partida votada en el capitulo 5,° articulo único del Departamento de Guerra i Marina, de los Presupuestos de 1877 a 1878 i 1878 a 1879. Queda en estos términos adicionado el decreto ejecutivo de 23 de setiembre de 1874, número 418.
