ARTICULO 2.4.3.2.8 .- CREDITOS GARANTIZADOS CON AVAL DE LA NACION. El Banco Central Hipotecario podrá otorgar créditos garantizados total o parcialmente con aval de la Nación, siempre que tales créditos estén destinados a financiar proyectos calificados de interés para el desarrollo económico social del país, por el Consejo Nacional de Política Económica y Social - Conpes.
