La elección para un cargo en el levantamiento del censo imparte honor y es prueba de confianza para el ciudadano á quien se designe. Como estímulo y recompensa; á los que se ocupen en el levantamiento del censo de la República, se creará una medalla conmemorativa en diversas clases, y se expedirán diplomas de honor para aquellos que se distingan por su celo en la realización de los trabajos que se les encomienden.
