Los programas relacionados con centros naturistas donde se fabriquen o expendan productos naturales u homeopáticos, sólo podrán transmitirse previa presentación a la emisora del correspondiente registro sanitario del producto y licencia sanitaria de funcionamiento expedida por el Ministerio de Salud al establecimiento, fotocopias que deberá conservar el concesionario a disposición del Ministerio de Comunicaciones, por un tiempo mínimo de seis (6) meses a partir de la fecha de transmisión del último programa.
