°. Corríjase el yerro contenido en el numeral 2 del artículo 16 del Decreto 4173 de 2011, el cual quedará así: "2. Sin perjuicio del poder preferente del Procurador General de la Nación, tendrá competencia para realizar las investigaciones de las conductas que por su trascendencia estén relacionadas con las faltas disciplinarias gravísimas establecidas en los numerales 1, 3, 17, 20, 30, 35, 42, 43, 44, 45, 46, 47, 50, 56, 58 y 60 del artículo 48 de la Ley 734 de 2002, respecto de los servidores públicos que pertenecen a las entidades de que trata el numeral anterior".
