Adiciónese el artículo 2.9.2.1.2.13 al Decreto número 780 de 2016, el cual quedará así: “Artículo 2.9.2.1.2.13. Mujer víctima menor de 18 años de edad . En los casos que se presente violencia contra la mujer menor de 18 años de edad, deberá intervenir el Ministerio Público y el Defensor de Familia, de acuerdo con las competencias otorgadas por la Ley 1098 de 2006 y la Ley 2126 de 2021”.
