Art 3° Conforme a lo dispuesto en los artículos 1o. y 2o. de esta ley, son válidos los denuncios hechos o que se hagan, y legítimos los títulos de propiedad de minas en tal virtud constituidos, o que se constituyan antes de la vigencia de la legislación uniforme que haya de dictarse.
