Vendedor: Se refiere a los patrimonios autónomos administrados por sociedades fiduciarias o a fondos de inversión colectiva sujetos a la supervisión de la Superintendencia Financiera de Colombia que adquieren derechos patrimoniales de contenido crediticio derivado de operaciones de libranza, con el fin de venderlos a favor de cualquier persona natural o jurídica, bien sea que la venta se haga con responsabilidad cambiaria del vendedor o sin ella; así como sin garantía de solvencia o con ella.
