Art. 3°. Se atenta al orden social en cualquiera de los casos siguientes. Caso 1°. Cuando se aconsejan ó enaltecen los delitos ó vicios, ó se defienden ó aplauden los delitos cometidos, ó los actos viciosos ejecutados. CASO 2°. Cuando se da publicidad á actos que aunque sean ciertos, son ofensivos al pudor, ya constituyan ó no un delito. Caso 3°. Cuando se litografían, imprimen ó reproducen alegorías, caricaturas ó emblemas obscenos.
