Artículo primero. A partir de la vigencia del presente Decreto, todos los patronos que ocupen más de diez (10) trabajadores, deberán enviar semestralmente al Ministerio del Trabajo, por conducto del Inspector del Trabajo de su domicilio, o del lugar más cercano, un informe en el que conste el número de trabajadores a su servicio y la edad de cada uno de ellos.
