ARTICULO 28 . LICENCIA POR MATERNIDAD O EN CASO DE ABORTO. La empleada del Instituto Nacional Penitenciario y Carcelario, INPEC, que se halle en estado de embarazo tiene derecho en la época del parto a una licencia por el término de doce (12) semanas. En caso de aborto la licencia será por un término hasta de cuatro (4) semanas.
