ARTICULO 2o . Regionales. - Corresponde a la Junta Directiva de la Caja de Crédito Agrario, Industrial y Minero, en desarrollo de sus atribuciones relacionadas con la adopción de la estructura administrativa, establecer el número y composición de las regionales, así como señalar sus funciones, fijar la sede de cada una de ellas y determinar las sucursales y agencias que estarán adscritas a las mismas.
