º El Instituto Colombiano de la Juventud y el Deporte, Coldeportes, o las Juntas Administradoras Seccionales de Deportes, cancelarán la personería jurídica a los organismos deportivos, si transcurrido un (1) año desde la suspensión de la personería por las causales establecidas en el Decreto 2845 de 1984, subsiste la situación que la motivó. En este caso el organismo deportivo deberá liquidarse.
