Artículo segundo. (De la Calumnia). El que por cualquier medio eficaz para divulgar el pensamiento, haga a otro la imputación falsa de un hecho personal concreto, que la ley haya erigido en delito, o que por su carácter deshonroso o inmoral sea susceptible de exponerlo a la animadversión o al desprecio públicos, estará sujeto a multa de quinientos pesos ($500.00) a cinco mil pesos ($5.000.00).
