El Fondo Rotatorio de Aduanas, con sujeción a la naturaleza de sus actividades y a lo establecido en los presentes estatutos, tendrá como domicilio la ciudad de Bogotá, D. E., y deberá mantener dé acuerdo con sus necesidades y cuando la Junta Directiva lo considere conveniente, las dependencias que requiera para su normal funcionamiento en cualquier otro lugar dentro del territorio nacional.
