Art. 424. Los empleados nacionales de que trata este título podrán acumular a las dotaciones fijas i eventuales que del Tesoro de la Union deban percibir, los emolumentos i propinas que los particulares están obligados a satisfacerles por los servicios que les prestaren i que se dejan indicados.
