Artículo segundo. Aporte inicial del Gobierno Nacional al Fondo de Regulación de Precios del Banano. El aporte inicial del Gobierno Nacional al Fondo de Regulación de Precios del Banano será la suma de cinco millones de pesos (S 5.000.000.00), y se hará por conducto del Fondo de Fomento Agropecuario, unidad de financiamiento dependiente del Ministerio, de Agricultura, dentro del término señalado en el artículo anterior para que la Junta inicie su funcionamiento.

Parágrafo

El saldo que el Gobierno Nacional debe hacer al Fondo de Regulación de Precios del Banano se incluirá en posteriores apropiaciones presupuéstales.
