Las apropiaciones que figuren en el Presupuesto para la vigencia fiscal de 1966, con destino a construcción, reconstrucción y pavimentación de carreteras, servirán también para el estudio o interventoría de las respectivas obras, en los casos que no se haya apropiado partida alguna para tales fines.
