Art. 1907. El aumento de valor debido a causas naturales o al tiempo, no se abonará en lo que excediere a la cuarta parte del precio de la venta; a menos de probarse en el vendedor mala fe, en cuyo caso será obligado a pagar todo el aumento del valor, de cualesquiera causas que provenga.
