ARTICULO 23 . RESPONSABILIDAD DEL CONTROL INTERNO . El Director General del Instituto, en su calidad de Representante Legal, será el responsable del establecimiento y desarrollo del sistema de control interno, sin perjuicio de la responsabilidad que por tal motivo corresponde a los jefes de cada una de las dependencias del Instituto, conforme a las normas legales.
