ARTICULO 59 . Prohibición de enajenar . El sindicado dentro del proceso penal no podrá enajenar bienes sujetos a registro durante el año siguiente contado a partir de su vinculación jurídica, a menos que esté garantizada la indemnización de perjuicios, o se hubiere producido pronunciamiento de fondo sobre su inocencia. El funcionario judicial emitirá orden perentoria al funcionario de registro para impedir la negociación.
