Derogatorias

Decreto 1063 de 2024 · por el cual se modifica parcialmente el Capítulo 1, del Título 1, de la Parte 4, del Libro 2 del Decreto número 1070 de 2015, Decreto Único Reglamentario del Sector Administrativo de Defensa, sobre la Formación, Titulación y Ejercicio profesional de la Gente de Mar.

Derogatorias. Deróguense íntegramente las Secciones 1, 3, 4, 5 y 7 del Capítulo 1, Título 1 de la Parte 4 del Libro 2 del Decreto número 1070 de 2015.

Así mismo, se deroga lo siguiente: De la Sección 2 del Capítulo 1, Título 1 de la Parte 4 del Libro 2 del Decreto número 1070 de 2015, desde el artículo 2.4.1.1.2.1. hasta el 2.4.1.1.2.35, y desde el artículo 2.4.1.1.2.55 hasta el 2.4.1.1.2.61.

De la Sección 8 del Capítulo 1, Título 1 de la Parte 4 del Libro 2 del Decreto número 1070 de 2015, se deroga desde el artículo 2.4.1.1.8.1 hasta el 2.4.1.1.8.13 y desde el artículo 2.4.1.1.8.22 hasta el 2.4.1.1.8.36.
