Garantías . Quienes deseen adquirir las Acciones, bien sea en la Primera Etapa o en la Segunda Etapa, deberán constituir las garantías que se establezcan en los respectivos Reglamentos de Enajenación, como requisito necesario para que puedan presentar aceptaciones u ofertas, según sea el caso, dentro del proceso de enajenación de las Acciones.
