El requisito de la presentación anticipada del formato de identificación y responsabilidad de que trata el numeral 1 del artículo 4° del Decreto número 2218 de 2017 para las mercancías de las partidas arancelarias 5402, 5509 y la subpartida arancelaria 6402.20.00.00 solo será exigible una vez haya transcurrido un mes contado a partir de la entrada en vigencia del presente decreto.
