Artículo vigésimoprimero. Los derechos fiscales que se causen por la expedición de la licencia de tránsito, serán determinados y destinados por las ordenanzas y los acuerdos de los Departamentos, Intendencias, Comisarías y Municipios donde se presente a la solicitud de licencia. Los derechos fiscales actualmente establecidos continuarán rigiendo hasta tanto no se tomen medidas diferentes.
