Artículo primero. El valor de la renta nominal a que tiene derecho el Colegio "Pinillos", de Mompós (Bolívar), por concepto de intereses de la suma de cien mil pesos ($ 100.000.00), que le fueron incautados, se destinará a mejoras del local y de la dotación general del mismo establecimiento educativo.
