°. VIDA UTIL DE LOS ACTIVOS FIJOS DEPRECIABLES ADQUIRIDOS A PARTIR DE 1989. La vida útil de los activos fijos depreciables, adquiridos a partir de 1989 será la siguiente: Inmuebles (incluidos los oleoductos) 20 años Barcos, trenes, aviones, maquinaria, equipo y bienes muebles 10 años Vehículos automotores y computadores 5 años

Parágrafo

Se tendrán como activos adquiridos en el año, aquellos que a 31 de diciembre del año anterior figuraban como "maquinaria en montaje", "construcciones en curso" y "activos fijos importados en tránsito" y que se incorporen como activos fijos utilizables durante el respectivo período.
