ARTICULO 124 . Fiscales delegados ante el Tribunal Nacional . Corresponde a los fiscales delegados ante el Tribunal Nacional

1.

Investigar, calificar y acusar, si a ello hubiere lugar, a los jueces regionales, los fiscales y agentes del ministerio público delegados ante ellos, por delitos cometidos por razón de sus funciones.

2.

Conocer en segunda instancia las decisiones proferidas por los fiscales delegados ante los jueces regionales.

3.

Asignar el conocimiento de la instrucción cuando se presente conflicto entre los fiscales delegados ante los jueces regionales.

4.

Decidir sobre las recusaciones no aceptadas por los fiscales delegados ante los jueces regionales.

5.

Cuando lo considere necesario, investigar, calificar y acusar directamente desplazando a los fiscales delegados ante los jueces regionales.
