º. La incorporación de los empleados a la planta de personal establecida en el artículo 2º del presente Decreto, se efectuará dentro de los treinta (30) días siguientes a la fecha de su publicación, teniendo en cuenta lo dispuesto en el Decreto 1173 de 1999.
