Junta Para Remisos

El remiso definirá su situación militar mediante incorporación para prestar el servicio militar, salvo las excepciones legales determinadas por Ia Junta para Remisos. El Ministerio de Defensa reglamentará la organización y funcionamiento de la Junta para Remisos.
