La presentación de manifiestos de aduana en nombre de cualquier persona que no tenga título legal a la mercancía, no invalidará los derechos del legítimo propietario, quien no será responsable de los derechos, multas y gravámenes adicionales a lugar el aforo de la mercancía. La carencia de título legal a la mercancía no eximirá a la persona que haya solicitado su despacho, de responsabilidad por cualesquiera multas, recargos o derechos adicionales a que hubiere lugar.
