ARTICULO 335. Perturbación síquica. Si el daño consistiere en perturbación síquica transitoria, la pena será de dos a siete años de prisión y multa de cuatro mil a quince mil pesos. Si fuere permanente, la pena será de tres a nueve años de prisión y multa de cinco mil a treinta mil pesos.
