Financiación. A partir del 12 de julio de 2013 las entidades territoriales certificadas en educación deberán apropiar los recursos necesarios para la implementación del Apoyo Académico Especial, los cuales serán financiados con recurso del Sistema General de Participaciones y con recursos propios de las entidades territoriales.
