Los actos o decisiones que tome el Director en ejercicio de cualquiera de las funciones a él asignadas por el Ministerio de la ley, los presentes estatutos o acuerdos posteriores de la Junta Directiva se denominarán "Resoluciones"; se numeran sucesivamente con indicación del día, mes y año en que expidan, y serán suscritos por el Director y el secretario General.
