º El Director del Lazareto procederá inmediatamente a elaborar el reglamento de la Leprosería señalando a cada uno de los empleados las funciones detalladas a que deba atender, Igualmente hará el reglamento interno de los hospitales y asilos los cuales así como el primero, someterá a la aprobación del Departamento Nacional de Higiene.
