Sanciones . La inasistencia injustificada de las partes o sus apoderados a la audiencia de conciliación o la negativa, igualmente injustificada, a discutir las propuestas formuladas, se sancionará con multa hasta de diez (10) salarios mínimos mensuales legales a favor del Consejo Superior de la Judicatura que será impuesta, en la prejudicial, por el agente del Ministerio Público, y en la judicial, por el Juez, Sala, Sección o Subsección respectiva (artículo 74 de la Ley 446 de 1998 que modifica el artículo 64 de la Ley 23 de 1991).
