Consejo consultivo de terminales de transporte . Créase el Consejo Consultivo de Terminales de Transporte como un organismo asesor y consultor del Ministerio de Transporte, el cual estará integrado de la siguiente manera: • El Ministro de Transporte o su delegado, quien lo presidirá. • Un (1) representante de las entidades gremiales nacionales del transporte intermunicipal de pasajeros. • Un (1) representante de las entidades gremiales de los terminales de transporte terrestre. Dicho consejo se reunirá de manera ordinaria una vez cada semestre y de manera extraordinaria cuando lo convoque un número plural de sus integrantes, y tendrá como función principal hacer recomendaciones al Ministerio de Transporte, con relación a las políticas generales sobre terminales de transporte
