º Los pilotos civiles colombianos ya formados, que carezcan de los medios necesarios para continuar su entrenamiento de vuelo, podrán efectuarlo en el establecimiento que se crea por el presente Decreto, siempre que se sometan a todas las condiciones que exija la Dirección General de Aviación.
