Art. 1° El individuo ó compañía que establezca la navegación por vapor en el río San Juan, tiene derecho á una subvención del Tesoro público, que será de $ 400 por cada viaje redondo, desde la bahía de Charambirá hasta la desembocadura del río Tamaná, ó más arriba, si fuere posible.
