° Las Inspecciones Fluviales de los diferentes puertos seguirán cobrando las sumas de $ 1 por cada uno de los permisos de zarpe, cargue y descargue de las embarcaciones mayores de 100 toneladas, y $ 0.50 a las embarcaciones cuya capacidad sea de 10 a 100 toneladas, cuando tales permisos sean otorgados en horas extraordinarias o días feriados.
