Los empleados dependientes del Ministerio de Correos y Telégrafos que no estén amparados por el artículo 1° de la presente Ley, gozarán de una prima anual equivalente a la mitad del sueldo en un mes, cuando no sea posible concederles las vacaciones remuneradas a que tienen derecho por la Ley 72 de 1931 .
