Derógase el inciso 3° del artículo 28 del Decreto-ley 180 de 1988 adoptado como legislación permanente por el artículo 4° del Decreto extraordinario 2266 de 1991 que dice: “Si se produce la muerte de una o varias personas, la pena será de veinte (20) a treinta (30) años y la multa de cincuenta (50) a doscientos (200) salarios mínimos legales mensuales”.
