ARTICULO 87 . Conexidad . Hay conexidad cuando

1.

El hecho punible ha sido cometido por dos o más personas en concurso o cooperación entre ellas, o ha intervenido más de una a título de participación.

2.

Se impute a una persona la comisión de más de un hecho punible con una acción u omisión o varias acciones u omisiones, realizadas con unidad de tiempo y lugar.

3.

Se impute a una persona la comisión de varios hechos punibles, cuando unos se han cometido con el fin de consumar u ocultar otros.
