Artículo decimosexto. Los hoteles y pensiones establecidos o que se establecieren en la República, estarán obligados a llevar un control riguroso de los extranjeros que entren diariamente a ellos, en formularios que les serán suministrados por la Dirección Nacional de la Policía, Sección de Extranjeros. Dichos formularios serán enviados diariamente a la citada Sección de Extranjeros de la Policía Nacional.
