Corresponde á cada uno de los Ministros del Despacho Ejecutivo intervenir en la adquisición de bienes nacionales que hayan de destinarse al servicio de sus respectivos ramos, de conformidad con el artículo 970 del Código Fiscal.

El inventario de los bienes nacionales continuará á cargo del Ministerio de Hacienda, según los datos y títulos de propiedad que le remitan los demás Ministerios.

Quedan en estos términos reformados los artículos 1.° y 13.° del Decreto número 229 de 1909, Diario Oficial número 13804.
